banned by mistake

I got banned by mistake last night . I already talked to TOS a few times,and created a few cases too. they checked my account and my Steam username,and they said there is no ban of my account, so they doesn't know why I can not login into my game. what should I do now. I never cheated or said anything bad in game text or voice chat, I don't have bad username either. I was just running toward enemies then I was kicked out of game. and now I can only login into game a few seconds then kick out again. TOS said I should contact Steam?

btw , there’s no ban history on my account page, neither did I receive any email
