Bring back the 100 hp for Gold Armor but make it only spawn in Care Packages
I mean now the Gold Armor with 75 hp feels pretty useless. When your armor is cracked and you start healing using shield cells, the first cell will charge 2 bars of the armor (50 hp), but then you will feel uncomfortable when using another cell, because it will charge only one bar (25 hp), you feel like you are wasting your cells and you don't get the maximum efficiency of it.
So if developers are going to keep the current perk on the Armor (Improved minor heal) then the Gold Armor should brought back again to 100 hp. But you will say that this will kill red armors and red should be better than gold, well... I don't think so, Gold Armor should be better than red... Both should have the same hp but the Gold Armor should be special because it's legendary. The red armor was actually a white armor one day but you had to deal a lot of damage to bring it up to 100 hp and sure you deserve it, but if you find a Gold Armor you should take it over your red armor.
I think after you bring the Gold Armor back to 100 hp you can make it only spawn in Care Packages and remove it from the floor loot and vaults. This should balance things out while keeping the Gold Armor useful, viable and fair.
