Devs clearly don't care about the player experience (Season split)

This game has been so good and so balanced for a few seasons. There hasn't been a must have team composition. Nothing has been really overpowered, everything has been balanced.

Now, well now. Everything is absolutely broken, again. Who is in charge of making Seer absolutely insanely broken, again, when everyone knew Seer was destroying the game early on. 

Ballistic, what mastermind thought that it's a good idea to have a legend who can crack people's shields without even firing his weapon? And at the same time preventing you from shooting yours.

Then we get to ranked. After split I'm Plat 3. Me ranked games are FILLED with Preds, Masters, Diamond 1 & 2. 

I'm not even gonna start talking about the cheating issue, especially with controllers..
