Now that I've had the chance to play a few games more I can say with 100% confidence that the Seer update has completely and utterly destroyed this game. Seer has the Q like every two seconds, and it shuts down your abilities, and it cancels your abilities..

What the actual fidgetspinner are you guys thinking when doing this?
