EA Help is useless
My Apex account was hacked not too long ago. I got my account back, and the guy helping me said they banned my account to get rid of the hacker or whatever. They said if I request to appeal the ban, I would get unbanned. I request the appeal, denied. I as for help, they told me the same thing. I asked to appeal, but was denied. I've done it four times, and all times, they said I did something against the rules, and they won't appeal it; they send the same premade message every time. I do not know what I need to do to get my account back, and the EA staff are useless. I asked for them to describe what I did wrong but the last 2 times its been the same message.
If anyone knows what to do please help.
