Can you please fix your servers? Can't connect to lobby and when I finally playing the game lagging as hell... I spent a lot of money and time in your game... And that's the big gratitude.. New skins what are just recolor to spend more money... No heirloom after playing 3 season (I know some player even more time).. 😑 CAN YOU SPEND OUR MONEY TO STABILIZE YOUR GAME? We don't need more recolored old skins thanks.

Servers, heirlooms, recolours what exactly are you talking about? xD"No heirloom after playing 3 season" That doesn't even deserve to be dignified with a response. :/Dude just follow troubleshooting steps, and if that doesn't work let @EA_Aljo know so they can process your report.

@EA_Aljo I've noticed older console experience more mico studders and fps drops when fighting enemies or interacting with the game which shouldn't happen. I don't lag anymore since I have the newest console but that shouldn't be the only way to fix server issues. I honestly think your game has HUGE potential but you guys aren't pushing the right things out. who cares about cosmetics. Also, I've noticed every time you guys update the game there's a new bug every time or an old one comes back which wouldn't be a connection problem, would it? ALSO your game plays perfectly some days and terrible the next again how is that connection? ALSO other games run perfectly fine on older consoles and have no connection issues, but apex has a problem. It's not our connection stop telling people to troubleshoot when you know your servers have had issues since day 1.

@CompleatBeet i have and it doesnt work lol I had to buy a literal pc to play the game with no issues. but sure if you wanna believe its your connection then sure I had perfect connection and fantastic download and upload speeds and still couldn't run apex without getting kicked lagging and the game not registering, ea is such a terrible company when it comes to helping the community.

@EA_Aljo im not trying to give you a hard time and I appreciate you trying to help this community its just you can clearly tell when its the server and when its your connection which is frustrating. for example the consistent frame drops when fighting a enemy is stupid like cmon how is that my connection? what about my data center saying I have 12ms and 0% packet loss but continue to get the packet loss and high latency symbol on my screen. it just doesn't make sense to me at all as I have strong wifi and is capable at running any game flawlessly such as other fps and battle royales etc. except apex

Thanks for reaching out to us. We're not aware of any issues with the servers at the moment so we'll need to go through some troubleshooting to try to find out why this is happening for you. What system are you playing on and do you use a wired or wireless connection?

Sounds good. Are you on a wired or wireless connection. Which system are you playing on and is the game installed on an internal or external hard drive?

@CompleatBeet Thaanks dear. You just solved the problem. The troubleshooting it's like "have you tried turn it off and on?"
Go on the apex server status page and see how many people having issues with the servers..
And there are some peak when the whole system is just down.

@EA_Aljo i was on wireless connection and then switched to wired and still got the same studders and lagging encounters when shooting sliding and opening supply bins. i had an xbox 1 at the time. installed on internal hard drive
