haven’t received any Heirloom

My in-game username is rz1807, and I play Apex Legends regularly. I’ve reached level 403, but I still haven’t received any Heirloom Shards or an Heirloom.

I’ve opened a large number of Apex Packs over my playtime and expected to receive Heirloom Shards by now (as I understand players are guaranteed a set within 500 packs). I’d like to check whether my account’s pack count or drop history could be reviewed to confirm if everything is functioning correctly.

I haven’t received any Shards through events or packs, and I’d appreciate your help verifying if there’s an issue with my account’s loot system.
