Map System in Ranked Arena Needs A Change

Encore needs a change

I don't understand why EA kept Encore in the Arena Rotation but Removed Party Crasher. At least in Ranked remove Encore I can see keeping it in casual but whenever I play ranked I get off until the map switches. I don't know why but Encore feels unplayable I don't even know where to begin to fix it. They could add a map voting system to prevent people who don't want to play certain maps from playing them.
