Please Nerf the damage on these two guns it's stupidly ridiculous how they can eat your health in seconds no other gun can out gun them regardless of attachments. Now before I get those ones who say "you're just bad" or along the lines of that, there's nothing skillful using a gun that can rip you apart with in seconds. Please consider nerfing the damage once again.
I think its the devastating fire rate that it has. if your shot by one of those guns you need great movement skills but yes maybe a nerf would help out
100% wrong. Havoc can miss half its clip and still one clip. It's a NORMAL DROP GUN. Devo is not . Purple r99 cant even do that. A PURPLE GUN. yes I'm a pred ay 465 right now so stfu before you say git gud. Clone more day and its GONE. 5 LESS DMG PER BULLET.
@Jkofskey92 An R-99 also can't shoot two people with a single pull of the trigger but that doesn't make the Eva-8 OP. I've maintained that the havoc (and initially the devotion) was fine for quite a while though I'm open to the viewpoint that they're broken. I just don't see any logical argument beyond the fact that they hit harder than your preferred gun. Theoretically I can see a few problems with fighting the havoc that can make it unbalanced but most people just talk about the damage.
