The more I read about what people love/like/hate about ranked, the more I'm convinced that they need to drop ranked battle royale altogether and have ranked deathmatch. Two three-man squads on deathmatch maps, first team to 50 kills wins. Drop ship problem solved. Map problems solved. Pace-of-play problems solved.
