SHIELD CELLS BUFF

@E9ine_AC as i said, it wouldn't make that much difference, it would be good 2.5 seconds.

@ADM-REIxSUPREMO So how would it make difference over 3 seconds if not enough difference though is where the question is. .5 is hardly noticeable and as you said would not make much difference. So with it at 3 seconds it should be ok because its not much difference. =P

@ADM-REIxSUPREMO I'm good either way but I would prefer to have the shield cells heal a little quicker, but late game i usually have more bats then cells anyway. So really not that much of a change.

@ADM-REIxSUPREMO Everyone is facing the same oppressive time constraint, there is literally no point in changing... You can't compare a cell to a battery, because they are two different things that have their advantages in their own scenarios.

@PunchyRaccoon yes, but the shield battery (large shield) is 3 times faster than the shield cells (small shield) to fill a level 4 armor, it is a big difference.

@PunchyRaccoon don't you agree that it should decrease from 3 seconds to 2.5 seconds?
