1.11. Make Robot Characters have different eye closing effects when about to die, like a robot would

1.12. Make cars not able to launch before you are riding it.

1.13. Make vaults in Kings Canion work only with arc stars.

1.14. Make the Volt riffle have no curved bullets ( makes no sense for an energy weapon )
