I'm afraid we are not able to route any appeals through an alternate path, sorry. All appeals must go through our Terms of Service team via an appeal.
I do see your recent case 248153056 appears to have gone through and was reviewed. The team would not be able to provide specific details regarding what specific program(s) may have been detected or specific timeframes, but these are reviewed. They are not auto-rejected unless you've reached a point where they're saying no further appeals will be reviewed, but that doesn't seem to be the case currently.
You're absolutely welcome to create a new appeal to have a different member of our ToS team take another look at the situation. There are no alternate routes to have a ban reviewed, but an additional appeal will let the team investigate what took place to check through this again.
