- BigMacAttack8u4 years agoSeasoned Ace@RuPpErTstong32 This should not have happened, I would recommend telling your friend to contact EA, they are usually pretty quick about this. I would send the Email with the proof, that makes it more likely for it to get fixed quickly. Sorry this happened. Happy gaming!
 Here is the proof. The person didn't have a phone but his name is FootToeNeck on xbox. I just need ea's email to send it to them and contact them.

@RuPpErTstong32Are any of the heirlooms marked as claimed (Including the Bloodhound skin)? I got my first set of shards during the beginning half of Season 12, and I just got Valkyrie's heirloom with them. So, they shouldn't of had just disappear.

This is the contact EA link. Where it asks you to select a game, type in or select apex legends. When it asks your platform, select it from the options it shows you. Then it will ask you to select a topic (it will give you a list). Then it will ask for you to select the issue. You can then continue by selecting the button Select contact options. Happy gaming! Nothing is claimed, i have proof this is not me i got the wraith heirloom. The picture is him making sure that his is fully gone and this is the proof he don't have the skin either.
