ALC settings sharing
So, I know some ppl (which I find weird for a shooter but that's besides the point) use the default look/aim settings control ranging from low to high (I think), but most I would assume would want to...
@LocustSniperHe is right, some ppl actually play without aim assist. Screw those crazy ppl XD. I tried playing without it... in the past. It takes getting used to in this game (as with any FPS), but I rather play with it on.
Third person games however, aim assist is usually off since there’s no ADSing. I’m fairly good without ADSing if it’s third person without aim assist, but for ADS, I need it...
why would you though? That puts you at a disadvantage? It's like using a mouse, but not with the accuracy of a mouse
@LocustSniperI pasted another section to my prev point.
It’s exactly as you stated and that’s why I don’t do it. However, others have learned to play without it. @KarvaRausku said in another thread that he has learned the practice from well before Apex so it’s engrained in him.
Alot of ppl dislike the ‘strong’ pull of ADS sometimes (I do too as I’m a traditional CoD player so I tend to get really close but if you do that with multiple targets the delay of pull really can throw you of if you want to flick or just rapidly want to go from target to target or even stay on one when they’re close) so they play without it so they are never hindered by it and so they can say “I beat you all on my own” and pound their chest like a gorilla.
It’s just too inaccurate of a peripheral for me to be playing like that... but others have higher thumbsticks for instance that they use or other stuff or just really good muscle memory.
