Banned and website won’t make a case

I'm afraid we aren't equipped to assist with these cases from the forums. If you're running into issues sending in a webform, our EA Advisors can assist you with sending one in on your behalf if you connect with them directly. They can be reached through our help.ea.com website.
As another forum member has already kindly taken the time to respond and share this information in this thread, reports from other players on the forum do suggest that the average response time is quite long at the moment and it may take a while before you hear back from the Terms or Service team. Once they have received your webform and completed their investigation into the ban, they'll reach out to you via email from this address: noreply@ea.com.
