Banned because of a malicious refund

My account was closed for no reason on October 13th.The email I received suggested that there was a malicious refund in my account.But I didn't do it at all.I contacted the customer service of EA many times and thought they would make a fair judgment.But what we wait for is only an extremely perfunctory result!They didn't give me the refund order number to let me know what was going on.After many unsuccessful appeals, they even took away my right to contact customer service!Why should an ordinary gamer be punished for something he has never done? It's not fair!I hope more people can see this problem and EA can return my account back to me.😢
