can i transfer my ps4 progress from apex to pc

I have been playing apex on the ps4 since it came out and i recently bought a gaming pc and i want to transfer all my skins my stats and my heirloom is there any way i can?

Unfortunately not as of right now due to the involvement of third parties, in your case, Sony.
I'm not familiar with the semantics, but your Apex progression is somehow Sony's data. And they would have to corroborate to give that up.
This may change in the future tho, there is a lot of noise about the future of cross-platform play, the main issue with not being able to transfer account data between platforms is of course money.
If one account can be played on 3 platforms, how is money made off of this account and how much, for each party involved.
Working that out would be very elaborate, and seems unlikely at least for the near future, but maybe with time a shift may happen in the gaming industry.

@Wingmannedbro Your reply doesn't make sense just look at Fortnite. My guess is that's just greed from the part of EA as you will have to pay for everything once again.

  My reply makes perfect sense. That is just how things are. Epic made arrangements and EA didn't.
  I will agree that other companies in the industry need to demand more from the platforms, but as of right now Epic Games is the only company out there with a right attitude. As unfortunate as it is.

@Wingmannedbro Best way for them to solve this would be whichever platform the items are purchased on, they would split the profits with Respawn in the deal they have with them. PC would be soely Respawn or whatever as it currently is. If it is bought on Xbox, it would be xbox and respawn, and for Ps4 it would be playstation and Respawn. If a party is not using its resources for the purchase it does not get a cut of that purchase. Its not like someone would play on pc then go on their xbox just for purchases.

COD Modern Warfare automatically allows all data between console/PC. Is this due to it being cross-platform from the beginning?

Now that apex is cross play I wonder why we still can't get skins and legends we paid for on console over to our pc?
