Rub the salt in for all those participating in the ALGS lol! xDOn the whole, same old same old with new legend and weapon with very minor tweaks that looks like it was produced by a skeleton crew and nothing at all addressing the fundamental problems with the game when you could be doing so so much more.Some of the balance changes are ok but things i really don't like are ''easing some of the congestion on the map'' and ''more buildings gone to clear up those areas'' to help with 3rd partying. Problem here is, having those areas with buildings and cover actually help you deal with 3rd partying when it inevitably occurs and with a larger map, more open areas and sniper encouragement (literally sniper towers) covering kill zones it makes for a very slow paced, campy style KC to what it was and we (i say we when i only speak for myself here but i'll assume others too) enjoy and why Vanilla KC has been requested many, many times.Also mentioned was changing jumptowers so we can't drop in on other teams which will force us to run across these open areas increasing the time it takes to get into action even further slowing the pace of the game.The same problems we have with WE and Olympus you are now introducing into the one map that didn't have these as much until you literally blew it up and are now taking one of the last reasons for me stay here away to find another fast pace shooter as Apex clearly isn't it.

@Axs5626Sxa5001 I think that at this point it's pretty obvious that either they don't play the game at all or they are so bad at it that they can't see the clearly unbalanced things we can.

0. Damage counter: YES, YES, YES, Finally I know when to push and how much to push to get 2K damage.1. I can't wait to bambozle somebody with Mirage decoy foot step , gonna be hilarious:Mirage decoys create footstep sounds.2. LOL no Mastiff nerf. Unbelievable. Oh and they take double tap from the EVA which makes it an even less viable Mastiff counter. Oh but don’t worry the fire rate goes up by 0.1!!! this will be an interesting season...

Is there only 5 dev left on this game ? (I don't count the 50 doing skins 🙂)That's one short patch note for a new season. Nothing for Lifeline, nothing for Gibby, etc ...Or maybe fixes are now considered as simple content. EA to devs : "Don't do too much, let's keep some changes in your sleeves for event patches or the next season. that's cheap and legit content."

I think a great CP weapon change would be to put the Mastiff back in the care package and give us back the PK.

@EA_David The increase in wraiths hit box is welcome. I do agree with the dev note, she's still going to be a strong legend. She can hide behind a ton of stuff. I was hoping they would make her slightly taller. There are a ton of areas on the map in which the only part of her that's visible is her head.

I'm interested to see how Mirage plays after his latest buff. The last few seasons I've become heavily reliant on the foot step audio to track a Mirage that has ult active. This will make it much more difficult as I'll have to completely rely on movement. I think it's a good buff though, it was fairly easy to pick out the real mirage.

@EdwardDLuffy is this actually a thing that I've missed or.....if so then it really needs to be! Maybe a Rev takeover. I want a dark place where you can lurk and kill everyone (:<

So basically because too many people complained about it its been taken away. I don't see the issue. He's not exactly a strong character so leave him be man.

This is the buff I didn't know we needed. Decent as she'll be able to do recon rather than having teammates risking it all for trash loot.

I'm disappointed by the lack of buffs tbh. Nothing for my boy Rev? Come on now. Show him some love. I heard there might be a hitbox improvement on him some point down the line but still. And Gibbys gun shield was gonna be nerfed?

I'm just wondering what the whole idea with changing the battle pass progression rate?
5000xp = 1 (ONE) star when it used to be one battle pass tier.
Top 3 challenges is 10 stars each which in one way make up one tier but I can't see anywhere why this was changed to begin with? =0

@Shugatraa they changed it about a season ago. The reason being is because they wanted people to play their game more often, not for longer periods of time.
So I used to be able to get 14 BP levels in 2 days, then forget about Apex for the rest of the week. They took that huge lump of progress, and forcibly ironed it out so I have to keep coming back every day to play the game in order to get nearly the same amount of progress (13 levels) but over the course of 7 days.
As for the why, it looks better on paper. Imagine player-count per day, but on a line graph. It looks better on paper (and for investors / shareholders) that there's a consistent steady portion of total players that play every day, rather than say, a huge spike of 500 thousand players on Day 1 of weekly reset, and then it drops to 100 thousand for the rest of the week.

That's wierd =0 I jumped in some weeks before season 7 ended and it was the way I've always known it to be.. this here looks completely new to me..
But I mean, I know I've always finished the BP before the last couple of weeks any way. Hell, I even got to tier 100 in 2 days now last time I installed it and grinded like there was no tomorrow =P
Just feels like it takes ages to lvl up one single tier atm =(
But I get what you're saying and it does make sense =)
