Great news! The issue has been resolved and the EA Play discount now works on Apex Coins on PlayStation store once again. The even has somewhere near a day left, so remember to buy the coins & cosmetics now if you had intended to!
I am still having the same issue. But since EA is telling us we need to contact Playstation I did just that. It went about as well as you would think they are going to report it to the people that need to know about it. She checked herself to see that the discounts were not applying and then made a report for somebody higher up than her.
I just want to say that it is rather dumb of EA to tell the customer that something like this is Sony's problem when quite literally it is EA's problem that they need to hash out with Sony. Someone from EA could probably connect to the very person they need to get to fix it and have it done within an hour. Yet here we are contacting PlayStation support and probably needing to wait days for it to work its way up the chain.
I'm giving ea 24 hours. After that won't spend a dime on apex ever again.
Keep saying it's a Sony issue. Shouldn't matter as you should be the one contacting them to get it resolved as it would have been by now.
Every bit of tim it's not working is a bit of time I could have spent money. But hey, it's a Sony issue right.
