Fortnite copying Apex Legend movement

Yeah I saw it, but Apex copied it from Naruto so did Fortnite really steal it from Apex?

So many questions 🤔

Apex copied BR genre from PUBG? lol (which copied it from ArmA mode which was made like 10 years ago ha)

I am just joking of course, but I actually don't mind games copying stuff from each other (which happens all the time anyway), as long as features get improved and different devs add their own twists to things. It's just more goodness for everyone no matter what you play 🙂

I wouldn't call making a video game based on a movie, a copy. The concept was taken from the movie, sure, but they are completely different mediums and experiences.

As far as I am aware, the first true Battle Roayl video game experience, as we know it today (large open map, free roam, random weapon/equipment spawns), was a community mod for ArmA 2 that was developed around 2012. 

PUBG was based on that mode, and all BR games copied most of the concept from PUBG from then on. Basic stuff like jumping out of air and landing where you want, with circles that get smaller. There are some BR games that deviated from those basic things slightly, but everyone else just uses the true and tried formula by now.

It's literally exactly the movie, even down to the very title. It's copied from the movie. This is not up for contention, it's a matter of fact.

@Wingmannedbro Ive seen that movie, a japanese teen anti-establishment flick.

@EA_Atic as I have no idea what naruto is, i can't argue.

However I did buy the video of Akira when it first came out! 🙌
