Gun Game was quite possibly the most fun I have had in Apex in a while.

Gun Game was really good. It was fast paced, there were plenty of balanced fights, and it didn't feel like I was hitting my head against the wall 24/7.

Unfortunately, I have a lot of friends. Like a large amount of friends. In fact, I had 11 other friends, and a deserted server with not too much ping for us. So we did the logical thing and had all of our friends load into a single game of Gun Game. When we had 12 people I knew playing in a single game, it made it so much more fun. Especially when you play a Rampart/Caustic/Wattson team and being as toxic as possible. It was so much fun because it was just a bunch of people goofing around in a lobby. 

Which is why we need custom games, but I digress. 

Gun game was a good gamemode that I rather enjoyed. Even when I didn't have a premade squad, it was just fun to relax in a quick game of gun game, where I could just go and shoot some people with guns without spending 20 minutes looking for them. 

There are plenty of critiques as to why gun game was bad. It's not original, the KC map was especially annoying when there was some level 7 billion masters player sitting atop the skull, leavers were a problem if you had one, and it felt really bad to get absolutely stomped. But dammit, if finally getting a single knife kill to win the final game of the night and bragging about it to my other friends wasn't the most fun I've had on Apex in a while.
