Hacked account : EA chat keep asking me last 4 digits of credit card.
As I got hacked on May 19, 2023, the hacker changed my EA email address. Therefore, I am unable to find or access my account. I contacted EA chat right after I realized the problem, and they asked me 6 questions to verify my ownership:
IP address
Date of birth
One purchase on the account and the purchase date
Last 4 digits of the credit card
Billing address
Phone number
However, I think I gave them the correct information since I only used this method for 1 years. They kept replying to me, asking for the correct information. I believe the error may be attributed to the last 4 digits of the credit card.
As I purchase in-game products with a payment platform or a payment agent called Kakaopay in South Korea, I pay with my balance and not with my credit card.
I even tried to make a call via Customer Service in South Korea but they terminate a Customer Service on South Korea. Therefore, I am writing this question to seek another way to retrieve my account.
I can provide you my order confirmation mail and purchase history in my bank account.

If you run into issues recovering the account, you'll need the support teams help. If you can pass the account security stage with them, they'll be able to help you change the email linked on the account.
