I got banned
I got banned for saying *snip* and *snip* in the lobby chat not in-game or anything I just said it to see what words they censor and I got banned now I would see if I called someone that I would not like being called especially being an African. I don't know what to say to get unbanned besides the truth and all the money I spent too. Honestly Idk what to say I read the hateful conduct thing and I can understand why I got suspended the first time because I called someone a *** after they called me a bunch of slurs that aren't of my race. I never disputed that one hell I even learned from that but this ban doesn't make much sense it wasn't directed towards anyone so by their rules I shouldn't be banned it's just weird how that's something that can get you banned but saying it to someone doesn't unwarranted too. If anyone can help I'd appreciate it but if I have to take my loss and all the progress gone too then so be it.

Our Terms of Service team (ToS) can take a look if you fill out the webform to send in an appeal to them. Saying that, contacting the ToS team is only advisable if you believe the ban you received was added by mistake/no rules were broken. There is no purpose reaching out to the ToS team aside from that as they will not overturn bans if the rules were broken and creating appeals for legitimate bans adds more to the queue and causes the wait times to spike.
