Even on day one of the season, I have literally never seen pubs look this bad. I’m intentionally landing and getting mauled to see if that impacts the lobbies. I’m about 10 games in with 0 kills and 0 damage and my lobbies still look like this.
Pubs should not play like Masters lobbies guys. Come on now.
@Axs5626Sxa5001 To "derank" You have to play but poorly. You have to land, loot, shoot someone and die. Repeat that and You will "derank".
If You just die without doing anything else You are probably "flagged" by the AI/Machine Learning as "someone who tries to cheat our MM system".
Let us keep in mind that SBMM has yet to be determined fully. Every player started with no stats and such. For this reason everyone will play with everyone. Just because a new season starts does not mean it will follow the same sbmm system right away. People have to build up stats and such to be placed in proper lobbies. So to think one would get their normal lobbies will not be a thing right away.
@Axs5626Sxa5001you definitely aren't wrong. i've felt the changes too, there's way more diamond/masters trails than before.
I think the thing people are missing is that everyone got downranked pretty hard for this season, so there were a ton of people climbing back up through the ranks, including people that wouldn't typically start this low. Ranked has since evened out a bit more, and has helped confirm that I am, indeed, Bronze Trash.
10 games, 0 kills.. sounds like a normal day for me, since forever.
