I need help. It seems that my account has been attacked.

Hello , I have some issues now. After this period of time, there is no record of any penalties or violations in my ban punishment, but my Apex Lengends account still shows as banned when I log in. However, I haven't logged in or played the game during this period. It seems that my account was hacked and illegally banned. Could you please help me understand the situation?
I got in touch with the EA TOS Team, but they neither replied to me nor took any action. I have no idea what's going on. There's no record of my ban at all, but the game keeps telling me that I can't log in.
So, what should I do?

Hello Midnight9746, I have already submitted an application regarding my account being hacked. I also applied for customer service practice, but EA's response to me was that the customer service cannot review this issue. After I submitted the case and it showed as submitted successfully, the relevant case did not appear in "My Cases", and EA has not sent me any reply or email. So what should I do? Currently, a large number of streamers and ordinary players have had their accounts stolen and banned. What is EA help doing? Are they really protecting the interests of players?

  • IMweather-Y Your account says its banned, but you can't log in?

Either way, for hacked and banned accounts, you would need to contact EA Support first to recover the EA Account before you can appeal the ban.

Note: EA only allows players to appeal their EA Account ban up to 3 times. If you had already appealed your EA Account ban 3 times with no success, that does sadly mean that your ban will be upheld.
