Legend Concept: Ghost (Offensive)
Passive: Silencer- Certain weapons (excluding energy weapons, shotguns, snipers, and marksmen) will be equipped with a silencer that muffles shots, removes bullet tracers, and removes directional damage indicators.
Tactical: ICT Cloak- Temporarily makes Ghost partially transparent, and negates all scanning abilities against him. Sprinting, firing, or taking damage makes Ghost visible momentarily, but does not fully deactivate his anti scan ability. (Duration 20 seconds, this tactical would work like a “battery” that needs to recharge, Ghost can deactivate and activate the cloak as he chooses as long as their is still “power” in the battery. For example if Ghost uses the full 20 second tactical the cooldown will in turn take 20 seconds to recharge, although he can activate it after 10 seconds of recharging to use it for another 10 seconds)
Ultimate: Mute- Completely silences Ghost’s footsteps while not sprinting, and somewhat silences them while sprinting. Knockdowns extend the duration of his ultimate, and enemy legends that are knocked are “muted” temporarily and unable to speak in game chat or ping. (Duration 35 seconds, with each knockdown increasing his ultimate timer by 6 seconds. Cooldown 3 minutes)
Personality and Appearance: Ghost is a former IMC covert ops assassin, he’s been the taker of the lives of many prominent figures in society. He wears a cybernetic-like ghillie suit with a balaclava that has a ghost-like face painted on it. Ghost rarely talks, he is a “I speak when spoken to” person and almost never has an energetic reply, he isn’t witty, doesn’t find humor in much, and a kill to him doesn’t even flutter his heart much less derives a reaction out of him. He does however, finds himself relatable to Revenant, and the two have been seen hanging around like they’re old friends, although Ghost would consider him anything other than that. It’s more of a respect for him as the two are vastly different but were in the same line of work. Ghost is surprised to see Loba in the games, as he used to take contracts from her father as a freelance mercenary back in the day and was extremely close with the Andrade family, although he recognizes her, she doesn’t recognize him, but she already holds disdain due to his uncanny and odd relationship with Revenant, unbeknownst to Ghost that Revenant is the one who murdered her parents.
