@hayhorwould you say that sliding to the side really fast can outrun the controller crosshair?
or using anything that gives you high speed ex. stim, grapple?
or at least give them hard time fighting you?
- hayhor4 years agoHero@damsonwhufndthis Moving a lot erratically would definately give someone a hard time. But players that play with maxed out sensitivity that are good seem to be able to track a lot.
- pandareno19994 years agoHero+@damsonwhufndthis 1) try to keep the encounter at a range where you have advantage.
2) Unpredictable changes of direction and velocity, these make tracking hard for everyone.- Kyldenar4 years agoSeasoned Ace
I am about level 190, maybe about 200 kills total across the account. I play on PC (Steam) with a Controller because carpal tunnel.
I can tell when I am fighting M&K players and just get destroyed.
What pathetically little aim assist that Controller players get does not compare. You want to see some Aim Assist that matters, go play Destiny 2 Crucible, in particular with a Hand Cannon of any kind or the Dead Man's Tale exotic scout rifle.
Now THAT's some aim assist. It helps even me hit, and I am terrible at FPS to begin with (still does nothing for my crap movement and inability to read the radar at the same time like everyone else in Crucible).
Side note to people - When you have a Lifeline/Mirage on the team, help them help you by moving to cover before they try and drop a revive. Lifeline/Mirage players, when we ARE moving to cover, please wait to drop that revive. Help us help you. 🙂
Thanks for coming to my SideTED Talk.
