Mirage's ult is awful now
Probably an unpopular opinion but I prefer the old Mirage. His ult is useless now.

- His ult is better now! The downside is that he doesn't go invisible, but the upside is that his decoys can actually fool you. I myself spent 20 seconds chasing a Mirage decoy, which wasn't dying bc of hitreg.
As not a Mirage main i think it is more difficult to kill him now than before. Usually until the launch of S5 when i saw a Mirage ult i'd stop shooting and look for footsteps around, because 8/10 times he would reappear behind me. So it was a bit predictable. Now i can't tell which one is the real one so it's a lot more confusing to me. A very good buff tbh.
@aisthebestletter I agree actually lol. His new ult isn't bad per say....it's certainly got it's merits.
I just found the old Ult more to my playstyle....i wish they had just refined it some more instead. 😛
@Cro_Pittt Yup, everyone did that, i used to use it like that sometimes, but reappearing nose to nose with somebody with a pk in hand was way more effective as they would panic lol. Or pop up in front of somebody healing to finish the job. 😛
It's an offensive skill, it's not meant to run away, this is a L2P issue.
His new ult is excellent...

It was the same with his tactical when it first hit, a lot of people got bamboozled but it didn't take long for people to catch on. His new ult and decoys are more convincing, but I can already see some differences between real and fake Mirage, and others will catch on too. At least with the old invis you could walk right between an enemy team and get up right behind them if you were careful.
Still, the new ult hasn't been out long and I can't wait to see what some pro bamboozlers can do with this.

His new ult is crazy good.
If you just miss who the real one is and he gets 1sec of shooting before you have time to react. if his aim is good you are dead. If not you might have a chance.
Fight 2 teams with mirage, and your have one to who use his ult...crazy!
- @aisthebestletter Actually I love the new mirage even that I don't play him. It actually makes a real challenge. But you can catch on. I have been fooled few times by the decoys. But if you keep your eyes open. You can notice the real one. Either from the glitch that happens when the player take control or release it. And for the ultimate look for the one who moves naturally. I managed to snipe couple so far from the first try.
- 5 mirages dropping their ult all in the same place... BAM, you’re gonna go mad xD.
- @Extremejinks I bamboozled and enemy pathfinder and octane who downed me. Had my decoy matching my movements when I was down, so it took them like 40 seconds to realize that it was me.
