@GH0STEDbyME No, this acts like a DPI multiplier. To explain this in simple terms: if you move the mouse 5cm slowly , your view in game will turn let's say 90 degrees, but if you move 5cm in a fast manner, your view will turn 180. The faster you move, the faster it will turn.
It is a useful thing for people that need more fine tuning for aiming and tracking, but want to still be fast when switching targets or view/ movement direction or don't have much space available for their arms in order to perform a full 360 view rotation.
It somewhat resembles aim assist, which is also using a multiplier, but for decelerating the pointer when it's close to a visible target.
