My Apex Account has been banned.
I was banned for cheating on August 16th. I sent a ticket and received a automated message just saying that I did cheat. Due to the fact I didn't cheat I contacted them again much more frustrated this time and they got back to me 3 days later. They changed their initial "Cheating" to just "Broke the User Agreement" which is extremely vague since that ranges from sending someone death threats or using 3rd party cheating software to simple trolling like punching a teammate off of a ledge or cursing in textchat. They refused to give any information about why I was banned and after contacting them again was just told:
Hello,
We received your latest message regarding the action taken on your account. We have performed all investigations on this issue and will not reverse the decision.
Please do not expect further responses on this matter.
Since they have no intention of overturning this completely false ban and every solution seems to be "Just contact ToS team lol" now what? I have financial and time investment in this game and have no plans to drop this until its unbanned or I'm fully reimbursed for all expenditures on the account.
- @Fracture777 Hey there, when it comes to bans only the category of why a ban was made is disclosed. They will never tell you exactly what tripped their system due to it would allow cheat creators to change things up quickly and not be detected.
Sadly the forums is unable to assist with bans. This is only something the Terms of Service teams can address and access. Forum mods/CM do not have access to this information all we can do is point you to the proper channels.
