My impress me arena badge doesn't have decals even though i completed the event
My impress me badge doesn't have the decals even though I completed the arena flash event and saw the ending in the firing range. Picture down below to show.

I'm not sure what you mean by decals. Those who earned the Impress Me badge have a different flair on their arenas streak badge than those who did not.
I am aware which is why I stated that I completed it and saw the teaser. I also added a picture of what my badge looks like, when it should not, because I picked up the cards from the care package, I scanned holosprays and I entered the firing range, flew on the airship and saw the teaser with ash? I thought my badge was a bug and would be fixed but it is not.
