New energy pistol idea: Siphon

Siphon is a five bullets burst energy pistol with the ability to toggle single fire which would shoot one high energy charged bullet after charging it up that would deal high damage. Siphon has the ability to heal teammates on hits and you can use two siphons at once (akimbo). You can still toggle between burst fire and single fire in akimbo.
