- @ISO200022 They did fire the balancing guy before the season started. Since then weve gotten OP seer and walking shiela. lol

So the nerf options are :
- return radius to rev ult
- destroy octanes jump pad after one use
- take away Sheila's ability to wind up in the air
you get to have one.
@jaygates879well since rev and octane are not happening ..wind up sure.
Or maybe not let her have this op tf2 heavy weapons class.
Maybe her ult should have still deployed Sheila but with 3 amped covers. One in front and 2 at a 45 degree on each side with x amount of bullets shown in the ult slot when activated. Decreasing the deployment and the time to jump on and shoot. She still picks up Sheila and can redeploy again till the ammo is out. When ammo is out the Sheila is disabled and ult resets.. she is a defensive char , what she is now is cancer.- @hayhor Well like in the movie space balls ... Keep firing ...

But theres flaws in your rework as well. 1. You made placing the ult more hindering "I tend to end up with teammates who screw up my regular placement and I now a worse version of it."
2. I now lose out on 3 free walls "she only gets 5 walls, oldest one get destroyed when you add a new one"
3. No infinite ammo "the main reason to place any of them to defend in the first place"
4.You either forgot or ignored how long it takes for walls to set up "about twice as long as placing and using Sheila, all very weak before finishing. "
Iv'e seen a Rampart set up 3 walls around their ult before, whats worse is I destroyed it and her position by throwing 2 grenades. As much as you hate respawn's rework, it counts as buff because she isn't limited to defending anymore. "what majority of players dislike about using her" There was already a defensive cancer character in Caustic "intended to defend, is always used to push." Even Gibby is a bit cancerous "always having more shields, combined with one thats bullet proof from the outside and ult that's can instanly down unless you run away or hid in a building." The devs pretty much just increased her viability up to Caustic and Gib standards.

You place Sheila and it comes with 3 walls. Builds / mounts faster . You still get the same amount of walls with your q.
2. You don't get unlimited ammo but a good amount. But , you can place and shoot and remove place again. To make her more reactive without this heavy weapons gunner crap.
Run into a fight, drop Sheila for a teammate throw down more Amp cover. If you need to reposition pick it back up and move and repeat till ammo runs out or you reset her manually resetting ult timer.
No one really reloaded the ult in the past was far to slow leaving you an easy kill , and no one will deploy her now. Why would they when you just Lazer beam players and move on.
This rework still makes her more reactive as a defensive char and not what they turned her into. - Oh great, another Revenant nerf coming again! As Respawn refuses to see the actual problem is Octane and not Rev on this combos. Just make it so you can't use pads on Death protection, or remove Double jump/distance while on Death protection, making revenant have less time, radius, more cooldown, sound and visual effects so the whole map knows you are using a totem will not fix this issue at all! I am sick of getting Rev nerfs when he clearly isn't the problem, the issue is Octane or the combination with this two. I will hate Respawn so much if this Rampart buff will create another nerf for Rev. And let's just remember Revenant is not even one of the Top half picked legends Zzz
