Please look at Valkry, Fuse, Lifeline, Gibby, Seer, Maggy, etc Passive abilities and look at Caustic’s… please be fair and consider Caustic fans when you nerf him almost every season.
They've made it pretty clear they don't like his character. I don't know why he's even in the game. It's a team based game, they knew this on design. Yet Mirage, Caustic, honestly even Rampart to me might as well not even have passives compared to these other characters.
Like I said in another thread, just revamp him into some sort of assault character and move on at this point.
New Passive (themed with current meta desires from Respawn): Flies.
His bags should fly with him, too.
Since he become weak, let's make him slimmer, let him go on diet and exercise.
I'm a caustic main and I'm tired of seeing nerfs to this character every other season. Season 11 he was practically nerfed because he is difficult to use on stormpoint and now he gets properly nerfed in season 12.
I don't see many other people use caustic so why is he always targeted?
Why not nerf octane and stop him from running fast when he gets shot or allow players to shoot and destroy pathfinders grapple while he uses it?? Make stupid nerfs to other characters and leave caustic alone!
To compensate this nerf, Caustic need buff on his ultimate:
Caustic passive is horrible and now basically almost useless with this nerf, his passive need a buff to compensate.
Do you want to know what could be good passive for Caustic ?
1. He has TOXIC Aurora around 5 meters so if you fight too close to him, you inhale fumes and cough cough cough and got slow down/get small damage.
2. His bullet is poisinous so if you get hit by his bullet, you get extra poision damage and your health decreasing overtime.
To balance it, only works after your shield is broken.
Same concept as Toxic character in plants vs zombie.
