"Party up (requeue) button" for random teammates after each match for all game modes.

Adding a "party up button" to Apex would promote playing together. Specifically, for Ranked, adding a party up button for random teammates after each match would push more stacked teams into queue resulting in better competitive matches.

"Party finder button" on the main screen for all game modes.

Adding a "party finder button" to Apex would promote networking and communication. Specifically, for Ranked, adding a simple "party finder button" could give players an opportunity to find other like-minded players who are using their mic before starting a match. Each game mode would have its own channel. Ranked channels would be separated by rank tier groups.

Ping volume slider in Audio Settings.

Ping spamming in Apex has always been annoying. Having volume control over the ping sound would make playing and focusing much better. Unfortunately, when muting pings players are unable to see where and what their teammates are pinging; the visual ping is hidden.

Revamp Ranked through a better reward system.

The #1 ranked player deserves a one-of-a-kind mythic gun skin for each split. From there the top 10 players deserves a one-of-a-kind legendary gun skin. From there the top 50 deserves a one-of-a-kind epic gun skin. From there the top 500 deserves a one-of-a-kind rare gun skin. There should be variations of each gun skin for each split with an "Apex Predator" theme. Adding a reward system like this would give players something beneficial to grind for, promote player engagement, help streamers and content creators, and make Ranked more exciting from the top down. Additionally, a better reward system would create a more competitive environment. Adding these changes and then creating a promo video with everything in it would create a lot of excitement. Furthermore, it would be cool if there was an online "Apex Predator Tournament Invite" after each split for monetary rewards. Viewership would be crazy for this type of setup or something similar.

Add an icon for cinematics to the main screen.

To access the cinematics from the main screen you must press the "options button". There's no icon on the main screen that represents this action. Most players are unaware of how to access cinematics for the game.

Overall, I really love Apex for the characters, gameplay, and lore. Although, without the small fundamental things Apex is currently falling short. Right now, Ranked is too causal and solo queuing is horrible and toxic. I think Ranked needs to be more competitive and push non-competitive players to public matches. That's how it should be.

IMO, solo queuing in Ranked shouldn't be allowed. But since it is, solo queuing needs to be managed using the "party up button" and "party finder button" suggestions above. The goal for Ranked should be to push as many stacked teams as possible into queues by any means necessary. Players can still solo queue if they want, but it should be discouraged. Additionally, there should be a message when Ranked is selected that states "You are entering into competitive matches. Ranked matches are not easy." or something that denotes a little seriousness. If players aren't playing to win every game in Ranked as developers, you all should be redirecting these players by any means necessary to public matches. Right now, it's pure sabotage solo queuing in Ranked, it's impossible to play the right way. Solo queue teams are just being stomped on by stacked teams most of the time. From my experience solo queue players care more about "getting lucky and winning" instead of "playing the right way and winning a lot more". A lot of solo queue players don't care if they lose or get stomped on. Since it's hard to team fight against stacked teams most solo queue players just run away and craft then respawn their teammates the "whole match", it's pathetic and boring. Ranked is the heartbeat of Apex and needs proper and logical attention.

Furthermore, as a Wattson main it's very disappointing that she doesn't have a prestige skin after all these years. There haven't been any Town Takeovers, Stories of the Outlands, Voice actors, etc. All the things that were exciting and that worked for Apex have been sidelined for some odd reason. Currently, the only exciting things about Apex is the competitive scene and new content. I hope something changes soon to encourage more player engagement.

Lastly, I believe the suggestions above can have a great and immediate impact on player engagement. Currently, basic player engagement tools aren't being used, resulting in a stale game. I mentioned some of these same suggestions years ago but haven't seen any changes. There are other things that can be done to make player engagement better, but if the concerns above aren't addressed and implemented then nothing else matters. I met a cool random a month ago who shared my same concerns about how hard it is to link up with like-minded players "in-game", compared to other games such as Rocket League and many others.

That was actually a good read. You're getting better.
The devs need to add a PvE game mode to Apex. Without a doubt. I think instead of continuing the Titanfall Universe, it should merge into the Apex Legends Universe. Apex should overshadow TF at this point (unless we're getting a TF3, I'll take a TF3 please :-)) and move as many TF elements as possible into a PvE game mode, similar to Fortnite: Save the World. The game mode should be "pay to play" because development isn't cheap. I would pay for something that's good. I'm most definitely a one stop shop kinda guy. I think Frontier Defense and Attrition type game modes would be great for PvE.

Regardless of what the devs do. I'm chillin. I just can't play the game anymore until they change some things. I'm too old to be chasing randoms around. I have hand issues too so when I play Apex I like to be a little serious with my gaming sessions. I've been playing Fortnite and that game is a hot mess. I mean if you want to play a super casual Ranked mode go play Zero Build and let teams run up on you with Darth Vader... WTH. That's what y'all want for Apex. I don't mind playing Fortnite and being super casual, but when I play Apex, I'm trying to make something shake.

First of all, I apologize to EA Mako for being disrespectful in regard to player bans. I was out of line.
Although, banning customers for minor offenses needs to be better addressed. A ban is most definitely required for cheaters. The text chat ban issue is a problematic one. I think one solution is giving players the option to "disable" text chat altogether, similar to the "voice chat option" in Settings (not to be confused with the "communication" options). Currently, players can only disable voice chat. Adding an option to disable text chat "solely" will give players more control of what they can see and/or feel inclined to type negative things. Additionally, this gives the devs more power if a player(s) has to be banned for bad voice/text chat behavior. Because now, the tools have been put in place for players to use (stay with team, disable voice chat, disable text chat) to avoid toxicity. If a player doesn't use the tools, then a ban makes ALOT more sense on the "dev side". Also, a "text chat disable option" will give the devs less to monitor.
My main purpose for visiting the forum today is to applaud the devs for what seems to be a very exciting upcoming season. I'm glad that ranked is evolving and this is the perfect time for change. I'm stoked about the "stay with team" feature being added. This feature is going to change the feel of matchmaking, and if players decide to still solo queue, then that's on them. Complaining about matchmaking or bad teammates will be dramatically reduced, in my opinion.
The new game mode is nice. I will be spending time there when I just want to run around and troll. It's actually better than having a typical "social hub" lobby. Since players will have this game mode to play its probably time to add a "leave penalty" to unranked matches. I always expect great changes to the meta, maps, legends, etc. The devs always do great in those categories.
I will start back investing monetarily into your game. The Wattson prestige skin is nice!!! My wife is still waiting for some good lore. So, make that happen, Captain!!! :-)

In-game Scoreboard
It would be nice if there was an in-game scoreboard that can be viewed during the game. When I'm waiting to get respawned, I can't see my stats. It's not a big deal, but this is only unique to Apex. Most games and shooters you can view your teams' stats during the match.
Ping respawn beacons while eliminated
I was playing yesterday, and I wanted my teammates to respawn me in a better area. It would be nice to have access to the cursor to select the best respawn beacon while eliminated. Currently, I think the game will display the nearest respawn beacon, but it's not always the best option. Access to the cursor would be similar to the POI drop screen.
Disable Text Chat Option
This one is self-explanatory. Give players the option to disable text chat. Currently we can only disable voice chat.
Legend Difficulty
This is not a major thing, but having a visible difficulty rating for each legend would let players know whose easier and harder to play as. For example: Crypto would be a "five star" and maybe Octane would be a "one star". Using Crypto's kit is much more difficult than Octane's kit. I know for me this helped out a lot when I played Marvel Rivals. I typically gravitate to utility characters. In Rivals I enjoyed playing Loki, who has a high difficulty rating.
