R99 alterations

Give your guess how S7 R99 will differ from S5 R99 I say reload longer... by max 0.25s Added horizontal recoil... maybe unpredictable one... I think only those 2. I don’t know the mag count anymo...

@Koochi-Q I'm guessing the recoil you mention. Seems like that's the easy way to nerf a gun.
