Hi, @shayan13579!
Did you still need help with the purchase? Even though it's a feature in our game that you're purchasing, it's still tied to the PlayStation store with the credit card/funds attached to your PlayStation account.
I just checked the PlayStation Status and all looks to be good. Can you try a power cycle to see if that clears up the store errors for you?
Reboot the power to the modem/router
- Unplug the power cable from your modem/router for 5-10 minutes to refresh the network.
PS4:
Power Cycle
- Touch the power button on the front of the PS4 for at least 7 seconds (until the system beeps twice).
- Turn it back on after 1 minute. Launch the game.
