Realistically it's impossible. There's going to be 0.01 seconds between the deaths. Whoever dies last wins.

Seemingly it's not impossible, just wildly, wildly improbable. A video here suggests that in such rare cases both teams get a win.
you can see the lifeline is dead, but not the wraith, what? Netcode problem or *insert nerf wraith meme*
