There is a serious learning curve on grappling hook movement. Its not like this instant get out of jail free card that Pathfinder haters like to paint it as.

If they are going to keep the 35 second cool down, AT LEAST give us back the pre season 3 grapple, which was far more responsive than the slower one we have today.
