Could you provide us with the link that says that the report system isn't working. Or are you only here to spread rumours?
As I mentioned, at some point in time this should become a criminal offense, because of how it does effect a business, it is literally stealing from a business.
A company like EA should have the resources to take something like this to court to make an example out of this situation!
