Seriously one of the worst support teams in the whole gaming industry
Hi, I’d like to start this by saying I’ve been playing apex since release month. Throughout the years of playing apex I had 2 violations from chat in the game which I’m sure most of us have done in the past and regret it. Now this year (2026) I’ve started to play the game more like I used to years ago and on March 6th 2026 I was permanently banned, it took me a couple of appeals to even find out why I even WAS permanently banned in the first place. It was said that I had gameplay enhancements which I do not understand at all bc I play on a controller only plugged into the back of my PC or sometimes I’ll play on keyboard and mouse and I’ve never had anything to give me an advantage in 6 years of playing this game, I cannot fathom how many hours I’ve spent playing apex and let alone how much money I’ve spent, EA help gives no support as well and refuse to even send a real human being to support these appeals, just the same automated response by a robot each and every time. I gonna put some images of my struggles with this team below. I’ve asked them to show any kind of proof that I’ve had “gameplay enhancements” and been ignored, I’ve also reached maximum appeals somehow as they DO NOT help with appeal issues at all. I have ZERO idea of what gameplay enhancements they are talking about as I play legit and for years in the past I was a console player and now all of a sudden I’m on pc and apparently I’m using things to “gain an advantage” I’d like to end this with saying that I’m actually really disappointed in my account being permanently banned falsely (in my opinion) and getting no help with it?? What’s the point in having appeal system if you’re just gonna send the same robot response each time. I’ve been on EA over 14 years (2012) and I get treated like this. Has anyone else had this problem in the past with one of your accounts and getting zero and I mean absolutely ZERO support on resolving the issue?
