Welcome to Apex :)
Our best hope is that by reporting such players we are at least training some future AI model that will be smart enough to ban people based on the data collected (very much doubt so because most pros / streamers would get (finally) banned for grinding ranked).
So yeah idk why those options are there and not only mentioned, like all of them. Only one that "works" since I have been around from season 7 is Chat abuse.
Rest + web form = totally useless. Used to report like every player I spotted hacking or abusing something, but these days I just press those buttons when really bored / idle waiting for respawn.
Also fun fact - got official reply from EA about Smurfing = their take on that is that e.g. pros / streamers creating accounts to do those "run from Bronze to Pred" is not smurfing because "they will rank up fast, will not do much "damage" to low rank players". Same goes with creating smurfs to play with "your friends" who are lower ranked (yet not valid since they removed barrier of 1.5 Tiers to match up).
So basically only thing they would treat as smurf is someone going say from Rookie to Diamond and then dropping like 100 games in a row to get into Silver rank and farm to Diamond and repeat...yet for sure noone does that or some few really sick people maybe :)
Finally game is in bad shape, figures of active players (until this season) has been falling, still are dramatically low, so every player matters to them smurf or hacker or what not, quite sure they could ban also bot farms upping profiles for sale, but if that would mean hit of like 10k+ players per daily activity...maybe they don't to keep numbers up for shareholders.
