Still perma banned - and EA says stop asking

So I'm still perma banned - accused of cheating.  Which I didn't do.

I had validated my account was not hacked.  Since all of my stats were still my own.

I have continued to keep asking EA to unban me, explain why they banned me.  Etc

To no avail.

So I keep creating new cases to try to get them to unban me.  Well the one I created today, got an instance response from EA....  See attached.

Yep not only is my account Perma Banned.. But now I'm instant perma banned from being able to ask them to review it.

That is just hilarious.

So - I never cheated.. I absolutely hate cheaters. I always try to report them.  I played the game with my son (him on PS4 on my BinkDeBook account there - which is still fine).

I had a PS4 remote plugged into the PC, using the PS Remote Play application so I could just talk directly with him when playing, so if we did Duos or Trios, it was just the two of us talking.  or if he had other PS4 friends we'd all 3 be on the PS4 communication system (no different then say a Discord app with PCs).  My overall stats sucked.  But I had grinded my way level 284.

So basically EA/Respawn took my money for Battle passes, skins etc.  And then have perma banned me, won't state what they think I did (since per them, we can chose to ban people and don't have to explain ourselves). And the only way to fight it is with the standard TOS request.  Which they have now banned me from asking help from.

So I need suggestions - who do I have to contacts to get help to get my account unbanned. The "normal" method appears to now be blocked for me.  I'll keep trying but as I can tell already and instant response means it won't matter.

I really would like my account and skins back.  I've still avoided created any new account to play on, since I still have no idea what they think I did.  And then I don't want to be one of those low level people, fighting in bot lobbies, accused of a smurf account, since I have over a year under my belt of playing the game.

So again, when you exhausted all of the normal chains - what am I suppose to do now?  Say what you want, but I've been very consistent in my forums commentary - I DID NOT CHEAT and HATE CHEATERS.  And for someone like me to be accused of cheating, it drives me nuts.  Hence why I keep fighting for my good name.

Any help or suggests - any other work around in the system to get any type of direct connection with someone.

To me it's a pride thing, I know I didn't cheat, it pains me to be accused of cheating, and I'd like to clear my name.

The fact it's a perma ban on me, and can't win an appeal, and yet I can see people in the APEX community who are proven to be cheaters, continue to work around the system, and/or get cleared, drives me nuts.

@LaughingSharko Sorry if you believe that. As I've said wasn't doing any of that, and the old thing I can guess is being unlucky. But you keep believing what you want. But when I first came over and commented it was, everyone is always guilty, and yet I keep seeing more and more of people with similar stories.. How many are true - no idea. But I'm still here saying I got permabanned, didn't do anything, and can't get it fixed as of yet.
And why they heck would I do something stupid like DDoS, when I hate when it occurs?

    Hey folks,

Just to be clear, the Terms of Service team does have full access to all records to determine why an action was taken on an account.

While accounts being compromised from another location is one of the more common situations in these appeals, it's certainly not the only one, and the TOS team is able to determine if other activity on an account led to actions being taken instead. The reason we allow for multiple appeals is to let a different pair of of eyes take a look at the records to see if an error was made in applying the original action, which does include checking more than just whether or not the account was compromised.

Additionally, let's please keep things civil when people are trying to get clarification or guidance. Without having access to our records to see for sure what happened, speculating whether someone may or may not have cheated rarely helps a conversation along so it's generally best to avoid assumptions leading to accusations without the full knowledge of what took place.

That said, while the TOS team does review our records each time an appeal is placed, the specifics of what they detected are generally not able to be shared, as that information would be extremely beneficial to others out there that are looking to circumvent the detection methods we have in place.

As they've completed multiple reviews and we won't be able to share any further information besides what they've already provided in the appeals or provide a different answer via the forums, I am going to be locking this thread. Thanks everyone.
