The EA Help website does not show the ban record.
Dear EA Help Team,
When I recently tried to log in to my APEX Legends account, it showed that the account was banned. However, when I logged into the EA Help website, I could not find any ban records at all, and I have not received any emails regarding the ban either.
After checking my account activity, I found there was unusual login activity on September 17, 2025, which indicates that my account had been hijacked (unauthorized access). Therefore, I submitted an appeal on September 21, 2025. But after submitting the appeal, I wanted to add more details, so I clicked to withdraw it. Since withdrawing the appeal, though, there has been no channel or method available for me to submit the appeal again.
