So uh, is there a tos of some sort that says you can get banned for refunding something?
I’m here because I have tried twice and all I ever get is “Your ban is correct and indefinite” or “The sanction on your account is correct” and nothing else. What is correct about this? Why am I banned for a double charge. Wtf
A while back my account was banned because they charged me twice for a purchase so I refunded the second charge and got banned. I had 250$ into that account on apex alone as well as airship assassin, all the Valentine’s Day stuff, a lot of kills etc... and I haven’t gotten an answer to why I get banned for the charging me twice and refunding the second charge that I shouldn’t of had to pay for other than”The ban on your account is indefinite and correct”

@Fingrpistols<- don’t listen to this person. (S)he means well but us on the forum here who’ve been here for a while know that the chance that you’ll get your acc back is less than 5%.
I base this of numerous ppl getting banned for numerous reasons and getting the same reply, no matter what proof/evidence they showed or how well they try to explain the situation.
In all this time I’ve seen 1 case where the ban was lifted and that was after 2 times getting the same auto reply and him contacting every day for a week.
So OP, you should be trying to the point of harassment or cut your losses
