Snipers still have the effective range of nerf guns.

@The_Tibber I agree with the bullet drop on snipers being a bit on the high side. If they decreased the bullet drop, it might promote more camping / long range gun fights because of snipers becoming more precise. In Apex Elite queue, there are more long range gun fights already because of the "typical" battle royale meta.

    No, i mean the effective range till the bullet starts to fall is too low.

    IRL the only DMR which is a marksman rifle not a sniper is the tripletake @ 300m and thats on the low end of the range spectrum of DMR's.

    A sniper rifle should reach around 1Km.

    Yes camping is a pain but you have cover to hide in and you have Gibraltar its not like sniping would be OP.

    You still have the time it takes for the bullet to travel.

    Not to mention what we are seeing now, because mobility is key in this game stuff like shotguns are prefered because you dont need to be 100% accurate to deal a lot of dmg.
