I've not really noticed this too much before but the past few weeks it's been happening A LOT! Players on my squad choose lifeline but don't drop the healing drone. I have to ask for health 20 times and keep punching them over and over before they realise I'm asking them to drop the health drone. Also they don't revive either. It's like they think they revive like every other character so they wait until I crawl to safety or just leave me completely while they carry on fighting and then we all die. IF YOU DON'T KNOW HOW TO USE LIFELINE'S ABILITIES THEN DON'T PICK LIFELINE!!! AAARRRGGGHHHH!!

What if the player wants to learn how to play LL?Are you unable to empathize and understand what that person may be feeling? They are obviously attempting to learn a new character, and enjoy a game that is meant to be fun.Encountering a person such as yourself who can't understand this simple concept might be a turn off to that new player and drive them from the game we love. Is that your desire?I hope not.

MAYBE they haven’t played LL in a while or no apex in a while and don’t know the shield but even then, when safe they should rez when you’re right in their face if the time is right.Most tho have S6/7 banners so they know about shield and if you ping ‘need help’ and run past you it’s not on you...

@Marge010 @Koochi-QLL is the most abused legend by teammates in this game ☹️, no one blame Wraith if she doesn't make a portal for the whole match, but everyone will blame LL if she doesn't drop the DOC or when she can not do a revive because you cornered your self 50 meters far and you are still crawling AWAY from her and still expecting to get revived.when people get LL in their team they get careless, they just start pushing everyone without planning or coordination just because they think " oh we have a freaking lifeline in our team, she will get me if something happens " so they just rush in between two enemy teams fighting and when they get knocked they expect this LL to go in the crossfire and revives their sorry butts.and it's very funny when both teammates start bitching and asking for DOC forgetting the this LL had to use it a few seconds back when she was engaging someone in the time both of you were busy lootinglifeline is not a personal assistant of the team 🙂 , if teammates are going to act stupid then don't expect her to come and save you and pay for your mistakes

@maximas1986 You’ve seen the vid right? xDLL players that forget revive shield is one thing... but if someone is out if the way of enemies... either pings ‘need help’ or ‘come here’ or is directly in front of you and an enemy is 20+ meters away or if an enemy is healing and you convey that through mic and the LL is not rezzing, then no, one shouldn’t play lifeline.I’m not playing any different with a LL in my team. I almost never ask for drone, just rez (by pings with randoms). I just need that revive. Most of the time I already forgot that we have a LL on drop and am only reminded IF I see a shield rev.LL’s job is to move her bum towards a downed teammate and get me up! That’s an oath she swore as a medic! If one doesn’t adhere to that, she a fraud and just as liable as the one that downed me in interspacial court!But you’re right, I never... and I mean never expect a wraith to use portal. That’s just a person’s preference. It is expected when you’re in a hairy predicament and need a quick getaway but I don’t expect it and it doesn’t have to be done imo. A rez, when not in view of enemies anymore or when standing right next to a LL IS. EXPECTED!!! It is mandatory as proven in internspacial medical journal page 16, paragraph 3!

@HogynDrwgSame here :D LL has become my S7 secondary (replacing BH) if I don't get Rev, but I get Rev 95% of the time. The times I fire silence and DOC pops out, or I revive and I wonder what that blue shield is, or I just forget that I can hand my TMs health ..... although I can remember I was REALLY on it one game and one of my TMs said I was the best LL he'd ever played with ...

@Marge010 I recorded a video of one the other day that wouldnt open the secret compartment on the blue bins. I pinged and asked at least 3 times. We needed heals. She wouldnt do it.

@Marge010 Everyone has the right to play with whatever character they want and honestly, I do feel your pain.

There is nothing worse than having a toxic teammate who doesn't know their character but I guess with a game like this it's swings and roundabouts!

@Marge010 always a first time for everything, and also...a lot of the people who play this game quite literally have no brains.
I remember reading on the Reddit the reason for the new Sentinel changes (the change from using shield cells to gain a Disruptor effect per shot, to just a flat damage increase), and this was said by a developer, "People didn't understand the old effect and so they weren't likely to use it, and the people that did understand the effect also understood that it relied on enemy RNG to be effective so they didn't use it either."

...you feed the Sentinel 2 shield cells to one shot enemy shields...that's it...that's the old effect...that's as simple as simple gets...how did anyone NOT understand that?

I've been playing LL a lot the last couple of weeks. My problem is I sometimes forget I'm not Wraith and spit Doc out thinking I'm gonna rift phase away xD
