I’m thinking a 8 by 16 badge would be cool kill 16 players from 8 squads. Basically get 8 squad wipes in duos... or would that be to hard? Squad wipes are a lot easier to get in duos.. I’m sure more could be thought of for duos..

Idk what your duo lobbies are like but mine are loaded with pred and diamond duo's lmao, i certainly wouldn't be getting those badges. XDLucky to come out of a duo match with 6 kills at the moment haha.

@DarthValtrex I was actually going to make a thread about the same thing. I took out 3 squads by myself in duos the other day, and after the game I went to see if I got the triple triple badge. Then I realized the wording of the badge make it so you have to do it in trios. We definitely need Duo specific badges.

@Koochi-Q lol I figured it wouldn't get me the badge, but I was hoping! It's definitely much easier to deal with two man squads by yourself. Maybe for duos they could do like "kill both members of 4 squads" or something like that to make it still be challenging, but not too impossible like OP's kill 8 squads suggestion.

@Koochi-Q I suppose, but I think 4-5 is not terribly hard for moderate/high skill players. 6-8 would definitely be difficult for high skill players, everything would have to go right for them.@MandatoryIDtag yeah triple triple is hard, especially because you know you already have 2 squad wipes and don’t want to screw it up or really want it and play to aggressively trying to get that third squad You then psych yourself out.. it’s always one of the other for me.

@DarthValtrex True true on my points but at the point towards ID, I only had that thought process once. It was the time in S2 so pre-WE where I painstakingly did 2 squad wipes... I had in my head ‘okay 2 down...’. Saw a lonely guy up near the woods entrance of Artillery, downed him so I thought, cool, not a solo. Waited like 20/30 seconds. Went up the balloon, saw 2 guys in the distance moving right towards the dead guy’s box (roughly 200m away) so no way they heard the gunfire and decided to move to third party. They were his teammates. So I pinged for my worthless teammates. And I mean worthless. In the previous 2 fights they got downed so fast by either 1 or 2 ppl which basically left me to 1v3 in both cases. By some miracle I succeeded.But anyways, pinged them... while I flew to the left of the enemies but a ways away... both teammates die while I’m in mid flight (-_-), activate Beast of the Hunt and track to the woods like a crazy psycho axe-murderer, throw a grenade near the two of which one is healing up, hit him, shot at the * but he did like 50-80 dmg (I had purple shield) and instead of healing up, I went after the last guy (who was standing near his teammate but there was a small boulder separating them so he couldn’t get to his teammate before I downed him.Last fight. Most of my auto prowler shots connected and that blue whaled bass was at less than 50 health but a couple of lucky pk shots done me in ☹️ I screamed so loudly and long at that moment. I never hated the PK more XD

With duos becoming a permanent mode, we need duos badges

@DarthValtrex I think that’s a tad too hard. Yes killing duos is easier but duos tend to stick together or are already singles... because someone already took care of one half.

@SixthOTD You cheat! You wanted it the easy way XD. REALITY CHECK HITS HARD! If you could get it this way I’d be rushing to my console to play just 1 hour to likely get it this way XD.

I would still proudly present it like ‘lookey here, I am the poop! follow everything I say noob, you couldn’t get this badge even if you were so high that you thought you were actually good in this game!’ XD

They’re gonna call it double double XD kill 2 dudes of 2 teams in duos. Or Straight Eight where you have to kill the duos from 4 squads. That can already be quite difficult. Or just the 10 kills or Bakers Dozen...

@SixthOTD Yea but like you say yourself killing 4 duos is challenging for you. Now based off of your post on my thread, challenging for you is still quite good (in terms of kills) yet you don’t have the Triple Triple, so the challenge needs to be more on the impossible side than the challenging so 5/6 duos >: p

The fun thing about Triple Triple & 20 bomb is that noobs & regulars will most definitely (with a small margin of error) never get it. Tryhards/diehards & skilled ppl have a chance to get it and extreme versions of the last group might actually get it with luck involved. The same standard should be the same for the duos variant.

Not counting the damn cheaters (like YT’ers using their audience to spawn near them and let them kill their subs, friends killing off their friends or hackers and such) of course...

But I do admit, @DarthValtrex is def a crazy overachiever with his 8 XD. That’s just sickly impossible :P that would be even harder than the normal 20 bomb! Unless you drop with at least 11 squads in one place and just tear ‘em up.

@Koochi-QI don’t know if it would be harder than a 20 bomb. I got 3 squad wipes at hot drop right outside bunker. Pushed into bunker and got 2 more..i frequently have rounds in duos with at least 3-4 squad wipes. There were enough squads left in final ring that I probably could have pulled off 2 more. But another squad had high ground and I had nothing for range and no way to rotate around them, flank or push so I got killed. My teammate had also just been eliminated in ring.

Ironically I still don’t have a 20 bomb or triple triple. But duos it’s not that hard for me to get a few squad wipes. I’d like it to be as difficult as a triple triple and 20 bomb. I did not get good until worlds edge.. even when I have rampage rounds on worlds edge, running into 20 people is difficult. But on KC it’s much easier. The triple triple I run into the issue of my squad mates getting that 1 kill. It’s also harder to achieve because I’ve typically taken a beating dropping the first 2 from a squad. Toss in that the third knows they are doomed and tries to grab banners and run or just runs entirely trying to camp to top 3 hoping to end up as a third partier who can pull off a win.

@DarthValtrex See it this way. 3 squad wipes is easy enough in first minute as everyone is scrambling. Especially in bunker where there’s only so much loot. After that minute ppl will have their bearings and most will be fitted properly. Some scramblers till 3 minute mark. But by that time other pushers will advance on everyone.

4-6 squads will be tough unless you all landed in a very dense spot with ample loot. 7-10 squads is def gonna be a chore unless you know where they are, have an advantage on them AND have the better aim/weapons.

But you can definitely tell that Duos & map rotation was rushed in due to it not having the accompanied badges or even challenges with it.

Triple triple is an all round nightmare though, i'm on 2/3 on every legend apart fro. Revenant and caustic who are both sat on 1/3. Which is weird as i didn't think it was legend specific...but apparently it is? O.o
