-RP and 10 minute timeout for not getting reconnect button and AC bug

crashed from top3 where i've played really well with this error, got no reconnect button just straight up negative RP and 10 minute timeout. unfair to me who spends a lot of time and money in the game. not the first time game doesn't let me reconnect
